MAAC Off-Site Flyer Program – (OFP)
This initiative aims to expand safe flying opportunities and enhance flexibility for MAAC Members.
This program reflects MAAC's commitment to promoting safe, responsible, and accessible model aviation activities. For full details, member are encourage to review the complete program documentation and adhere closely to the established policies and prodedures.
Before joining the Off-Site Flyer Program, you are required to read and agree to MPPD 30 – MAAC Off-Site Flyer Program (OFP) and the MAAC Safety Code.
For MAAC members who joined before July 1, 2026, Registration in the Offsite Flyers Program (OFP) is free for the first calendar year. Each subsequent year, a $50.00 fee will apply to remain in the program. (Example: If you join on July 1, 2026, you’ll receive free OFP access until December 31, 2026. Renewal options will be presented alongside your 2027 membership.)
MAAC members who join on or after July 1, 2026 AND WISH TO OPERATE DRONES must register through RPAS WILCO. These users are not eligible for OFP access through MAAC directly. RPAS WILCO handles both MAAC membership provisioning and OFP registration for drone operations. Please visit RPAS WILCO for full details and eligibility.
